I would be happy to forward any info you have to this guy or the RW list. I already have a rigid wing.

Does anyone know of a Mill for sale or setting around in someone's garage just taking up space and they are on the fence

Accountability

David Jebb, never gave reason for flight bans and neither have you,
Rodie Gaar.

What kind of rigid are you flying?

1. Fair representation for all sports and views on the Torrey Pines Soaring Council.

2. Written reasons for pilots being banned from flying sites and some form of due process appeal.

3. Fair treatment for Directors including justification of actions taken by the Executive Committee.

4. Open voting by Directors so our members will know where they stand when it's election time.

5. Directors being able to attend EC meetings regardless of their perceived views.

I support all of the above.

How about you, Mark?
Windlord?

YES, I have supported Bob in everything he has done so far.
I told him to tone down the long responses and I think he has for the most part. If he gets flustered he reverts back to his old (more comfortable) ways.
When I see that I try to send him something cheerful.

More specifically would you please elaborate on how you feel about Bob's proposal #2?

" Written reasons for pilots being banned from flying sites and some form of due process appeal."

Thanks,
Warren

Hi Jim and Warren,

I don't know the history of your differences, but I value both of you very much. You've both made some insightful comments regarding the Torrey issue and my struggles at USHPA. You've both voiced support for the principles that I believe in (above). I don't know what I could do to help you guys, but I'd sure like to try.

I suspect that whatever started this probably has very deep roots, but I'd like to try to help you guys come to a more amicable resolution than what you have now. If either of you is interested (or not), please post here with a simple "yes" or "no" without too much additional swiping at each other.

As I said, I value both of your contributions, and my only goal in making this offer is to help you to work better with each other toward the common goals that you've both expressed.

Sincerely,
Bob Kuczewski

Bob, I would like to get just one answer out of Jim Gaar.
Then we can move on to fairness and accountability issues of the borg and the recall scandal developing for the USHPA..

Jim: Did you, or did you not issue a flight ban against me, your former partner, at the flight park that I helped found?

Just a yes or no will do.
Please?
Thanks
Warren

Rodie, you also might have missed this question asked of you at hanggliding.org?

"wow, that's pretty impressive. How many flights?"

You were never issued a flight Ban Warren. You became such a, quote, "psychotic asshole" that no one in the club would tow you OR wanted to be around you OR fly with you any more.

OK I answered your question and I'm here to tell everyone reading (yeah all 2 of you) that you will not let this drop as you state above. I think that makes you a lier...

I answered Fake Decoy as well. You just never saw my answer now did you.

More over, everyone knows what you are, universally on 5-6 lists that you have been banned from. More proof of that would be here on this blog where everyone can read your trolling bullshit...mostly in the basement (surprize surprize) .

I've warned Bob about you. He seems to think you will somehow change.
Makes me chuckle...

PS you really should sell that Mill. The guy interested is a 737 pilot that just went over to China for 45 daze to fly. He'll be asking if I could get you to sell when he gets back.
