Corporations have lobbied to make illegal server access and internet harassment a very dangerous thing to do. The FBI is in charge of all such cases and have local offices all over the place just for this type of stuff. Its serious business these days, and the punishment can be mind blowing. I think you can get less time for attempted murder in some cases

Not sure if you could do it in a yahoo group because you dont own the server and control its access. I think yahoo would have to do it on your part. But this server is mine and I can easily report such illegal entries. I dont have time to deal with a little child throwing a temper tantrum. If he wants to push it, ill push back. I have all the data I need to prove its him at this point.

I don't know the history of your differences, but I value both of you very much. You've both made some insightful comments regarding the Torrey issue and my struggles at USHPA. I would like to help you mend your fences, but I don't want to end up slashed by the barbed wire in the process.
