Speaking of the self enriching paranoid lawyer, Tim Herr, I think it is time for the membership to be apprised of the total fees paid to this *for profit*
attorney over the years..

Is Mr. Timothy Herr, donating billing hours as a selfless volunteer to the association or is he writting his own check from corporate funds as he continues to entrench, hide and cover-up facts from the paying membership?

What is USHPA Corporation hiding?
Why the paranoid secrecy and why the need for insiders like statist Rich Hass to work so hard defending and spreading disinformation?

Every pilot that cares about honesty and accountability needs to turn the heat on somewhere in the borg. Rich Hass wants to call out people's motivations and actions and he needs his own motivations and actions called out and inspected.

I'm sure that Rich Hass and Tim Herr are not going to answer any questions for my benefit. That doesn't keep me from asking the questions.
The very idea of a non profit organization being so secretive and vicious in their dealings with members is morally repugnant to me. It should be for everyone.

Anyone that wants to know what the USHPA Corporation is covering up and the motivation for such secrecy, need to ask the questions of those with the answers.

Members and ex members need to hold these people's feet to the fire until we get answers. .

The question of secrecy and cover up should be in headlines every day on as many venues as necessary until these questions are answered.
Information is power. Cover up and secrecy signify weakness of position.

War has been declared against the membership.
The borg has circled the wagons with secrecy and disinformation in attempt to destroy an insurgency of truth and accountability.

If we want honesty, accountability and fairness we have to fight for it.

Bob can't do this all by himself.
It is time for a grassroots to crank up the heat for information and accountability. Why is the borg involved in such cover-up?
Members deserve the answers.

In grassroot movements everyone is their own leader..
'Go toward the sound of gunfire and you will know what to do.'
Demand accountability. Be accountable.
The organization is yours.

I have to say Mark is a master of wit.

I tend to write like an engineer - start to finish and dry as a bone.

Mark's much better than I am at making clear and concise arguments with enough humor to disarm the reader. I could learn a lot from that style.

Of course, sometimes you need "start to finish and dry as a bone". So it's really great when several styles can compliment each other to create a symphony of wit, humor, and detail.

Sometimes my greatest pleasure is writing a long dry explanation and then having someone pop up with a one-liner that ties it all together and makes the point crystal clear.
